Chief Minister Pema Khandu will be sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for the second time on 29th of this month.
After having a landslide victory in the Assembly elections with 41 seats in the 60-seat house, the BJP today held it's Legislature Party Meeting in Itanagar.
During the meeting attended by Senior BJP leaders and Central Observer JP Nadda, Ram Madhav and Himanta Biswa Sarma, Mr. Khandu was elected as the leader of the legislature party unanimously.
Later, Mr. Khandu met Governor Dr. BD Mishra and staked claim to form government.
Yesterday Mr. Khandu tendered his resignation along with his council of Ministers to Governor Dr. BD Mishra.
