Pakistani Ranger killed in Cross LoC firing

A Pakistani soldier was killed in retaliatory fire from Indian side, when Pakistan violated ceasefire agreement in Leepa valley of Kyani sector of North on Friday.
Pakistan army, on Friday, targeted Indian positions in Leepa valley of Kyani Sector of Kupwra district, without any provocation. In the ensuing cross border shelling a Pakistani soldier was killed. Pakistani sources while confirming the death of its soldier, identified as 30 year old Imtiyaz Ali said that Indian army fired upon Pakistani posts without any provocation.
Pertinently both sides have been accusing each other of violating cease fire, particularly in the aftermath of revocation of Article 370 by the Indian Government, granting special status to and Kashmir.
The border and Line of Control has been hot since last four months and situation has been volatile, with both sides indulging into heavy shelling against each other. Several lives of soldiers and civilians have been lost so far in cross border shelling so far on both sides, while property has suffered a heavy loss.
