Vulgarity from ‘Screen World'
Through the columns of your esteemed paper I like to draw the attention of populace towards the unbridled film makers pouring all the absurdities to the society and we are accepting it without realizing that if anyone who can be held responsible for sexual crimes in the country, it is these film makers.
In the row it is Ekta Kapoor, producer of many alleged family serials that are basically destroying the fabric of family relations. For her recent web show “Triple X Season 2”, she along with director and screenwriter of the web series has been booked under IPC for obscene acts and songs and uttering, words with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person, charged under the Information Technology (IT) Act, and the State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2005. At this juncture it is the bounden duty of every citizen of refined society to raise their voices against such producers and also against the censor boards for allowing such serials, web shows, documentaries and screen films. We should propagate them as fountains of vulgarity rather than branding them as celebrities.
