Jammu Kashmir Administration adds more officers to COVID-19 brigade

Jammu Tawi, July 14: Jammu Kashmir Administration today ordered change in deployment of officers in an attempt to tackle the COVID-19 rampage in the UT. Under Government Order No.697-3K(GAD) of 2020, Dated:13.07.2020, following officers in addition to their own duties have been assigned the mentioned charge against their names.

The notification reads that “In supersession of all previous orders issued from time to time on the subject and in the interest of administration, the following officers are hereby deployed for assisting in Corona virus mitigation efforts at the places indicated against each, in addition to their own duties, till further orders, with immediate effect:-

1. A) Divisional Commissioner, Jammu

Bharat Bushan, KAS, MD, J&K SC, ST and OBC Development Corporation (Overall incharge)

He will be assisted by the following:-

Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Udhampur, Reasi and Kathua shall be the Nodal Officer for coordinating the COVID-19 mitigation efforts at Railway station, Jammu, Udhampur, Katra and Kathua respectively, in addition to this own duties.
