India and Russia have signed 15 agreements to enhance bilateral cooperation in several areas including oil and gas, mining, Road transport, coal.
The agreements were signed in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin during 2oth India and Russia annual summit today.
