India looks to seal T20 series against Zimbabwe in fourth match

The Indian cricket team will be aiming to wrap up yet another series victory when they take on Zimbabwe in the fourth T20I scheduled to be played at the Harare Sports Club on Saturday. India currently leads the five-match series 2-1 after winning the second and third matches convincingly.

In the first game, Zimbabwe was able to defeat India by 13 runs. However, India bounced back strong by securing a 100-run victory in the second T20I. Ruturaj Gaikwad and captain Shubman Gill starred with the bat to help post a big total. Zimbabwe was unable to mount a chase. In the third match as well, India came out on top with a 23-run win thanks to contributions from the top-order.

As has been the case, India may look to rotate their fast bowlers and provide an opportunity to someone new. Pace bowling all-rounder Tushar Deshpande could receive his debut for the national team. Left-arm quick Khaleel Ahmed is also in contention to return to the playing XI in place of one of the two pacers who played the previous match.

All-rounder Riyan Parag may come back into the team as India evaluate rotating the batting options available. Zimbabwe is unlikely to make changes to their lineup despite not being able to win a match yet in the series.

India will hope to wrap up another series victory on Saturday before the teams face off in the fifth and final T20I next week. A strong performance is expected from the visitors to complete a 3-1 series scoreline.
