Jammu, Dec 27: General Officer Commanding (GOC) Rising Star Corps, Lieutenant General Rajan Sharawat, on Saturday reviewed the operational preparedness of troops during his visit to remote areas of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a post by the Rising Star Corps on X, the GOC reviewed the preparedness of troops deployed in Bani and Machhedi areas of Kathua. He also interacted with the personnel during the visit.
The GOC commended the troops for their professionalism and commitment towards safeguarding the nation, the post added.
