Jammu Tawi: On the instructions of Director Youth Services & Sports J&K M. A. Bhat, the Department of Youth Services & Sports, zone Gandhi Nagar, today organized one day camp for Preservation of Water Bodies under “Jal Shakti Abhiyan” at Pond named ‘Deelni Talab’ situated in Panchayat Chowadi and “Soil Conservation & Plantation Drive” at Khel Goan Nagrota under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma. The concerned Zonal Physical Education Officer Gandhi Nagar Mrs. ChanderKanta along with other staff members of zone Gandhi Nagar were present.
On this occasion, Chief Guest Rakesh Kumar, Panch, Panchayat Chowadi, Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu and other locals were also present there.
In the end, ZPEO Gandhi Nagar Mrs. ChanderKanta proposed words of appreciation and thanks the Chief Guests for his valuable support and extolling the field staff for making their sincere efforts in making this event a great success.
All the PELs, PEMs, PETs, REKs, NYCs and Ministerial Staff of zone Gandhi Nagar were present during the Programme.
