Over nearly three decades, she has successfully shaped her vision into reality through establishment of the Kalorex Group in 1995. Dr. Shroff's dynamic leadership and innovative approach have transformed the educational landscape of Gujarat, providing a platform for countless students to excel academically and personally. Her commitment to holistic education goes beyond textbooks, emphasising character development, critical thinking, and creativity. Her K –12 schools have nurtured thousands of ambassadors for the quality and commitment that the staff and teachers offer towards education.
The Kalorex group, under Dr. Shroff's guidance, has grown significantly over the years, offering a spectrum of educational services, ranging from K-12 schools.
