Jammu, Feb 20: Wrestler Nadeem of Doda won the Silver Jubilee 25th Shiv Khori Kesari Vishal Dangal to take home a cash prize of Rs 13,000. For the title bout, Nadeem trounced Babba of Kot Bhalwal (Domana Akhara) at Ransoo. Runners-up Nadeem awarded with a cash prize of Rs 12,000. The second main bout between Muneer Khan of Nagrota and Surjeet Singh of J&K Police ended in a draw with both sharing a prize money of Rs 12,000.
Babloo of Basantgarh bagged third main bout beating Kaka of RS Pura while fourth bout went to Rajesh Sharma of J&K Police after he defeated Ankit of Haryana.
This Dangal was organized by J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association in active support with Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department, District Administration Reasi, Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board (SSKSB) and Shiv Khori Dangal Committee under the overall supervision of Association president, Shiv Kumar Sharma, DDC member, Kewal Krishan Sharma and Sarpanch Bhagwan Singh. Former Minister, Ajay Nanda was the chief guest while former Joint Secretary J&K State Sports Council (JKSC), Shiv Kumar Sharma presided.
