Deputy Commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana, who is also District Election Officer, today convened a media briefing on the launch of Voters Verification and Information Programme (VVIP).
Speaking on the occasion, DEO informed that ECI has established website www.nvsp.in , toll free number 1950 and voter helpline mobile App for making any corrections, addition and deletion for an error free electoral roll in the district.
DC Kishtwar urged upon the general public to participate in the election process with maximum turnout in upcoming elections for strengthening the democracy process.
While interacting with the media persons, DC sought their cooperation towards spreading the message of SVEEP through print and electronic media.
