Adbi Kunj holds literary cum tributes meet

Adbi Kunj organized a multifaceted literary cum tributes meet, here today. The meet was presided over by young poet from Kishtwar Abdul Jabbar Butt where renowned Dogri poet Principal (Retd) Kalu Ram Salgotra was the Chief Guest of the meet while Dogri/Urdu poet Bishan Dass Khak literary Secretary conducted the proceedings of the meet. In the opening session, a special composite Ghazal round up was held in which a detailed discussion was held on the presented Ghazals. The speakers threw a detailed light on the of ghazal writing. In the meet, Adbi Kunj also paid rich tributes to renowned poet Dr. Khaliq-Anjum on his death anniversary. In the creative (PROSE) session, Sham Talib read out a special Urdu write up Dr. Khaliq Anjum-Se-Ek-Mulaqat and Aarash Dalmotra presented Urdu write up “Aazadi-Banam-Barbadi”. In the composite poetic round up, singer Chaman Sagoch sang a popular Urdu Ghazal “Bahron-Ko-Chaman-Yad-Aa-Geya-Hai-Uneh-Wo-Gulbadan-Yad-Aa-Gaya-Hai”. The other poets of the session included Aarash Dalmotra, Kalu Ram Salgotra, Abdul Jabbar, Bishan Dass, Raj Kamal, Sanjeev Kumar, S.K. Gupta, M.S.Wafa, Rajeev Kumar and Sham Talib. The meet was come to end with the vote of thanks by Aarash Dalmotra, Chairman Adbi Kunj Jammu.
