Jammu Tawi, March 20: In the HIGH COURT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR AT SRINAGAR in WP (C) No.913/2020 & CM No.2034/2020 with Caveat No. 545/2020 titled Abishak Gupta and ors v/s Jammu and Kashmir & ors. after hearing Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, Judge on 17.06.2020 ordered as:-
This petition by 164 persons, claiming to be candidates aspiring for their consideration in the selection process commenced by the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited (the Bank) pursuant to notification no.HR-Rectt-2018-1564 dated 06.10.2018 for filling up the posts of Probationary Officers, challenges the notice dated 15.04.2020 issued by the Bank whereby it has notified that the selection process conducted for the posts stands cancelled, and also challenges the fresh Recruitment Notice no.JKB/HR-Rectt-2020-27 & 28 dated 01.06.2020 issued by the Bank inviting applications for recruitment posts of Probationary Officers.
It was submitted that in a similar petition bearing no. WP (C) 908/2020 he has already appeared on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and the instant petition being similar on identical fact and relief claimed be clubbed with the earlier petition.
Notice in the main petition as also in CM, waived by Mr. Roshan Khayal on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
Notice shall now go to respondent no.3 only.
Objections within a period of two weeks.
Meanwhile the orders passed in CMP no. 2020/2020 of WP ( C ) 908/2020 shall also govern in the instant petition.
List on 26.06.2020 along with WP ( C ) 908/2020.
Meanwhile the respondents to file reply by or before next date of hearing with copy advance to otherside.
Copy of the order be supplied to learned counsel for petitioner and learned Advocate General by e-mail today.
Thereafter the said issue was listed many times & different orders were passed but on 15th March Hon’ble Mr Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, Judge ordered as:-
