, June 15: Mobile internet services have been barred in Jammu on the orders of the authorities after the vandalization incident at Aap Shambhu Temple at Roop Nagar that led to mob protests and burning buses in Janipur area of Jammu in Jammu .

The mobile internet services have been barred to prevent the prevailing emotions of the civil society from flaring up further.

Tension prevailed in a part of Jammu and Kashmir's winter capital on Tuesday after some Hindu youth beat up two youth on allegations of vandalizing a local temple and triggered further violence, police said.

Police said the incident occurred in Janipur area.
