Jammu, Dec 04: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of three Judicial Officers in Jammu in the interest of administration.
According to the order, Sandeep Gandotra, Presiding Officer of the NIA Court Jammu, has been posted as District Judge, LRP, replacing Amit Sharma.
Amit Sharma, who served as District Judge, LRP, has been transferred as Additional Judge, Family Court Jammu, succeeding Prem Sagar.
Prem Sagar, Additional Judge at the Family Court Jammu, has been posted as Presiding Officer of the NIA Court Jammu, taking the position earlier held by Sandeep Gandotra.
