    Dimple leads protest rally against Pakistan

    Jammu Tawi:  Sunil Dimple, President of the Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir, led an anti-Pakistan rally to protest the martyrdom of a young captain and a naik, and the injuries sustained by several others in an IED blast planted by terrorists on the LoC at Akhnoor. The rally participants burnt effigies of Pakistan, Pakistan’s ISI, and Pakistani flags. Addressing the rally, Dimple expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Captain Bakshi and Naik Mukesh Manhas, who were killed during a patrolling operation. Dimple noted that Captain Bakshi’s wedding was scheduled for April, making the loss even more tragic.

    Dimple condemned the infiltration of terrorists across the border, expressing disbelief that explosives were planted on the Indian side of the LOC. He called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha, who are currently holding meetings on the region’s security, to direct the He also appealed for the inclusion of Jammu and Kashmir’s Chief Minister in high-level security discussions to coordinate efforts to combat terrorism in the region. Dimple also demanded that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh give a “befitting reply” to Pakistan and China for their ceasefire violations and unprovoked firing on the LoC.

    The rally also saw the participation of prominent leaders including Sawarn Singh, Mohan Lal, Rajinder Gupta, S Kala Singh, Vijay Virdi, Arun, Vikas, Lohari Shah, and Akash, who expressed solidarity with Dimple’s demands for stronger action against Pakistan and enhanced security measures in Jammu and Kashmir.
