Date:

KANPUR: BharatiyaJanta Party's candidate Ajit Pal defeated his nearest rival Samajwadi Party candidate Seema Sachan by 11,861 votes in the Sikandra Assembly by-election in Kanpur (Rural) district on Sunday.
