UDHAMPUR, July 3 : In the Udhampur district of Jammu is a small town of Majalta, where a 13-year old girl was allegedly raped by a man.
The father of the victim filed a complaint with the Police Station Majalta and the Police then booked a case FIR number 44/16A under Section 376 CrPC.
The victim has been sent to District Hospital Udhampur for medical examination and in the meanwhile, raids are being conducted by the Police teams to search the accused. The culprit has been identified as Bodh Raj (32) of Sundla in Majalta.
As per the complaint, the accused forced his entry into the house of victim and allegedly raped her when other members of the family were not present there.
