Militants managed to flee after a battle with a joint team of police, army, and CRPF in Redwani region of Kulgam district in south Kashmir on Friday, officials said.
“It seems that the militant escaped in the initial phase of the operation,” news agency GNS quoted SSP Kulgam Gurinderpal Singh as saying.m
Earlier, police in a tweet had said that encounter started between militants and a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF in Redwani.
