Srinagar, Dec 10: A 25-year-old Nepali national working as a domestic help was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Sanat Nagar on Wednesday, officials said.
Police said a team from Police Station Saddar shifted the man to SMHS Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The deceased has been identified as Rajan Singh, son of Nerooj Singh, a resident of Dagri Boriya, Nepal.
He had been working as a servant at the home of Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh, son of Habibullah Sheikh, in Housing Colony, Sanat Nagar, officials added.
Police have taken cognizance, and medico-legal formalities are in progress. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of death. (Agencies)
