202 employees in J&K’s secretariat yet to be vaccinated

Tawi, Jul 09: As many as 202 employees in  civil secretariat are yet to get vaccinated against COVID-19, prompting the administration of Jammu & Union Territory to warn them that that they may not be allowed to enter the secretariat if they fail to get themselves inoculated within a week's time.

In a communique, the General Administration Department (GAD) has directed all the administrative secretaries to ensure vaccination of these left out 202 employees within a week's time positively.

If they failed to get vaccinated within the 7-day period, according to the communique, they may not be allowed to work in the civil Secretariat premises at Jammu and Srinagar.

It is worthwhile to mention that GAD on May 31 had directed administrative secretaries to ensure vaccination of all employees working in various departments in the civil secretariat by June 10.
