He's navigated every channel in the book, be it Bancassurance, Broking, Agency, Motor Dealer, Commercial Lines, Travel or Direct Marketing. His most recent role was as Executive Vice President and National Head at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance catering to the retail broking segment. Prior to that he successfully transformed the distribution division into a leading distribution arm through new product launches, and strategic partnerships. His expertise in aligning distribution strategies with business goals has been instrumental in driving Bajaj Allianz General Insurance's massive revenue growth, setting up successful partnerships, and significantly boosting team productivity.Throughout his career, Mr. Jacob has successfully crafted success stories with diverse partners across geographies, from small towns to major cities pan India.
