Water supply to remain affected on July 29, 30

Tawi, July 27: In view of Maintenance works at Sitlee Water Treatment Plant, the water supply to some parts of Jammu would be affected on July 29 and July 30, 2023.

Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Mechanical Division North Jammu has informed the public that the water supply to Lohar and Manda Reservoirs shall remain partially affected on July 29, 2023 and July 30, 2023, due to some urgent electrical maintenance works by JPDCL at Intakes, Sitlee.

The areas affected will include Panjtirthi and adjoining areas, Rehari and adjoining areas, Janipur, Lakkar Mandi, Plaoura, Buta Nagar and adjoining areas. Public is advised to use water judiciously during the above said period.
