It was decided by core members of the club in a meeting organised under the chairmanship of Prof. Lalit Magotra, a founder member and an advisor of the club, to celebrate International Everest Day today.
For proper selection of the mountaineers, Sumit Khajuria, a highly trained mountaineer and a veteran member of the club has been entrusted with the responsibility to organise at least four pre-Everest expeditions in 2023 and 2024 and also to make all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the expedition.
