Jammu Tawi, February (KIP): Pakistan has started attempts at befriending
India without abandoning its support to militancy and Islamabad
sponsored proxy war against India. However, India has treated the
latest House arrest order against Hafiz Saeed as an act of dishonesty
despite the fact that Islamabad wished to restrict movement of Saeed
to appease India.
If the latest statement from the Army in Pakistan is any guide
there does not seem to be any change in the attitude of Pakistan. Even
the Army statement smacks of politics as it wants to promote peace
which could be possible if the two sides resolve all the issues
through bilateral dialogue.
