Bandipora, Nov 19: Senior Peoples Conference (PC) leader Nizamudin Bhat on Friday rejected the magisterial inquiry of the Hyderpora encounter stating that a tiny magistrate cannot do justice to such a big controversial issue.
Talking to media persons at Bandipora, Bhat, while talking about Hyderpora killings said that the small-scale ADM cannot do justice to this big controversy as in past the high level judge commissions were formed even on small issues.
“Even they (previous commissions) did nothing that is why Sajad Lone requested the PM and LG of Kashmir to intervene the matter at the highest level as they have all the mechanisms,” Bhat said.
Bhat said that many alliances have been formed so far on Kashmir specific agenda's but unfortunately there is no improvement between India and Pakistan on Kashmir.
“Kashmir was partitioned in 1947, and the abrogation of Article 370 issue that led to more division. The situation here is complicated, as people of J&K and Ladakh are feeling insecure here,” he said.
Bhat said that the resolutions, speeches of assembly have been rejected in the past as well.
“Even no attention is being paid to the protest of the leaders. When we expect justice, we face injustice in return,” Bhat said.
“Leaders should not blame each other and support each other for a common cause,” he said.
