    JAMMU, May 27: By exercising powers conferred upon him by section 24 of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004, and all other enabling provisions in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of J&K has made certain amendments in the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005.
