SRINAGAR, Feb 20: Security forces detected and safely defused an improvised explosive device (IED) in the Janbazpora area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said on Friday. The device was spotted during a night operation on Thursday, following which a bomb disposal squad was immediately rushed to the site. The squad neutralised the IED without causing any damage or casualties, ensuring safety in the area.
