RAJOURI/JAMMU, June 8: At least 15 passengers were injured when a mini-bus overturned on a highway near Rajouri town in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, officials said.
The bus was travelling from Rajouri to Manjakote when the accident occurred at Tandwal along the route.
Local residents and rescue personnel rushed to the spot and shifted the injured passengers to the Government Medical College (GMC)-Associated Hospital in Rajouri for treatment.
Officials said all the injured were receiving medical care, while the cause of the accident was being ascertained.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further investigation. (Agencies)
