NEW DELHI, Nov 13: Security agencies have launched an extensive manhunt for a third car suspected to be linked to the devastating Red Fort blast that killed 12 people and injured 30 others on Monday evening.
According to police sources, while the primary blast involved a white Hyundai i20 near the Red Fort, investigators later traced a second vehicle — a red Ford EcoSport — to Faridabad. However, a third car, believed to be a Maruti Brezza, remains missing.
“The missing third car is suspected to have been used by the accused for reconnaissance or escape,” a senior official said, adding that multiple teams are conducting searches across Delhi-NCR and neighbouring states to locate the vehicle.
The joint investigation continues as agencies piece together the suspects’ movements and possible escape routes. (Agencies)
