Jammu Tawi, April 26: The government has today ordered to pay the Bi-annual Special Move TA at a uniform rate of Rs 25000 to all move employees who move to Srinagar or work from Jammu for Summer Session-2021.
The Govt. vide its order 372-JK(GAD) dated 26.04.2021 says, ‘This shall be a special dispensation in view of Covid-19 situation.
The government has about 2000 move employees majority of them in the Civil Secretariat and the rest are working in other move offices functioning outside the civil secretariat. This special move TA of Rs. 25000 used to be paid to each one of the move-employees twice a year as a special tribute that cost the public exchequer annually about Rs. Ten crores
