Jammu Tawi, Feb 14: The Government on Sunday informed that 73 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19), 15 from Jammu division and 58 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 125341. Also 02 COVID-19 deaths have been reported – 1 each from Jammu Div and Kashmir Div.
Moreover, 65 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 16 from Jammu Division and 49 from Kashmir Division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 125341 positive cases, 622 are Active Positive, 122768 have recovered and 1951 have died; 725 in Jammu division and 1226 in Kashmir division.
The Bulletin further said that out of 4846627 test results available, 4721286 samples have been tested as negative till 14thFebruary, 2021.
Till date 1218505 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 33973 persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 622 in isolation and 105985 in home surveillance. Besides, 1075974 persons have completed their surveillance period.
