Police Station Rajbagh registered FIR No. 65/2025 under Sections 8 and 23-B.

In Khanyar, Hotel Khyber was booked under FIR No. 57/2025 for repeated non-compliance. In Lal Bazar, IMY Homestay in Nowabagh Bagwanpora, owned by Mohammad Aslam Baktoo, was found hiding the stay of an Israeli national, leading to FIR No. 60/2025 for deliberate Form-C concealment.

In Nishat, house owner Mohammad Ashraf Zargar was found violating mandatory reporting, resulting in FIR No. 101/2025.

In Ram Munshi Bagh, four houseboats — Floating Castle, Best View, Crystal Palace and Lake Palace — hosting tourists from Taiwan, Russia, Romania and Spain were booked under FIR No. 94/2025 for breaching Form-C norms.

Police said investigations are underway to determine forward and backward linkages and warned that non-compliance with Form-C reporting is a serious offence.
