Jammu Tawi: Richa Mahajan, a proud daughter of Jammu, has clinched the coveted title of “Beyond Beautiful Queen 2024” at the prestigious UMB Pageants Mrs India 2024, held in Delhi. Richa, who was one of the top 20 finalists, stood out not just for her poise and beauty, but also for her advocacy on mental health and emotional well-being.
The daughter of Rajinder Gupta and Sudershan Gupta, Richa is a Global HR Director with ETS India in Gurgaon. She is married to Gaurav Pandey, Key Client Director with Maersk, and they have a 5-year-old son. Along with her professional achievements, Richa is a certified Life Coach who works with students, corporate professionals, and women entrepreneurs, helping them overcome self-doubt and emotional struggles to achieve their goals.
A passionate advocate for mental health, Richa used her platform at the pageant to promote the normalization of “acceptance of suffering and seeking help,” aiming to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Beyond her professional work, Richa is also a trained Kathak dancer who has represented Jammu and Kashmir at the national level.
Richa expressed immense pride in representing Jammu at such a prominent platform, saying it was her lifelong dream to showcase the city that nurtured her dreams and helped her achieve her goals.
