    Jammu Tawi: A delegation of the Traders Federation Ware House Nehru Market, led by its President Deepak Gupta, met with Commissioner JMC Devansh Yadav to discuss the problems faced by traders in the market. Gupta highlighted the increasing outbreak of dengue and the need for regular fogging to protect workers and employees. He also discussed the deteriorating condition of drains and deep drains in the market, which are causing heavy losses during rainy seasons due to waterlogging. Gupta also requested increased manpower in the market, as the market has expanded and business activities have increased. He emphasized the need for more sanitation workers to improve cleanliness and prevent diseases from spreading. He also highlighted the limited provision of public toilets in the market, including a public toilet under the Smart City project that was closed due to lack of a septic tank. Gupta also addressed the issue of darkness in the oldest wholesale market, requesting the installation of high mast lights and new street lights. The meeting was attended by Munish Mahajan, Sr. Vc. President, Abhimanyu Gupta, Vc. President, and Vishal Gupta, Secretary of the Federation.
