    JKAS Officer Abdul Khabir Assigned as Special Assistant to Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary

    JAMMU, Oct 19: The  Jammu and Kashmir Government has transferred Abdul Khabir, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Rural Development Department (RDD) and Panchayati Raj, and posted him as Special Assistant with Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary.
