Leh, May 29: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, one new positive sample report of Covid-19 was received yesterday.
While a total of 173 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 138 sample reports in Leh and 34 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that two patients were cured and discharged. UT Ladakh has received one new positive sample report and was received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 04, all active cases are in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 2307 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 1387 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post, 188 passengers were screened at Upshi check post.
The Saturday bulletin reported two new positive samples of Covid-19 while a total of 152 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 121 sample reports in Leh and 29 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.
