Jammu Tawi, JUNE 29: As directed by National Legal Services Authority and Legal Service Authority J&K, a National Lok Adalat is being held in District Court Complex Jammu and that of Ramban on July 10.
The National Lok Adalat is being held by District Legal Services Authority Jammu under the guidance of Principal District & Session Judge, Jammu while that in Ramban under the guidance of Principal District & Session Judge, Ramban.
Jammu
The litigants interested to compound cases pending in Special or Additional Mobile Magistrate ( Traffic) , Jammu shall approach the concerned Court .
Pre-Lok Adalat shall commence on July 1, 2021.
Ramban
The litigants interested in to settle his/her dispute/Case in the said National Lok Adalat through conciliation and mediation, shall approach to the concerned Court and get fixed his/her case.
The pre-Lok Adalat sessions for settling the dispute efficiently shall be held between the parties from July 2, 2021.
