15 transfers in Health Department

SRINAGAR, JULY 5: In a move to rationalize staff strength in the   institutions of the State  and as follow up of yesterday's move , the Government today ordered transfers and posting of doctors.

Dr. Nazir Ahmad Khan I/c  Medical Superintendent LD Hospital, Srinagar has been transferred and posted  as Medical Officer, SDH Keller, Dr. Tassaduq Hussain B- Grade Specialist  and Dr. Shaista, Medical Officers  have been transferred from Maternity Home Sanat Nagar to SDH Pakherpora, Dr. Rubeena Mufti, Medical Officer has been  transferred from Maternity Home Sanat Nagar to SDH Bijbehara, Dr. Javaid Bhat, Medical Officer has been  transferred from SDH Bijbehara to SDH Dooru, Dr. Waseeqa Nagin, Medical Officer has been transferred from Maternity Home Sanat Nagar to CHC Rajpora Pulwama, Dr. Zahida Bilquis Bukhari Medical Officer has been  transferred from Maternity Home Sanat Nagar  to SDH Magam(Budgam), Dr. Mir Mohammad Altaf, Medical Officer has been transferred from Maternity Home Sanat Nagar to SDH Sogam and Dr. Shahida Amin Medical Officer has been transferred from SDH Magam(Budgam) to SDH Beerwah.

The doctors shall be deemed to have been relieved from their respective places of postings with immediate effect.  

          The 7 doctors who were attached in the Maternity Home Sanat Nagar  have been transferred and as per  sanctioned strength new doctors would be posted there.  

          The Government has also posted specialists in the health institutions of  far-off and rural areas of the State. Dr. Manzoor Ahmad  Consultant , Dr. Shazia Jeelani Dr. Tariq Iqbal  and Dr. Nazir Ahmad Dar have been posted in SDH Gurez, While as Dr. Gulshan Younis, Dr. Khalid Rahim and Dr. Mohammad Saleem  have been posted in SDH Tangdhar. These doctors have been posted on priority basis for providing the better healthcare to the patients of rural and far-off areas.

          The specialists in other health institutions of rural and far-off areas would  also get specialists  very soon.
