When You Know It’s Time To Let Go And Love Yourself

“To those who hold their hearts openly, aren't afraid of vulnerability and love deeply with no conditions.”
In a place where we cling ourselves to anything and everyone that gives us a sense of comfort, how can we let go? When do
you know that it is time to let go and move on? But sometimes you have to choose yourself.
It can become really difficult to walk away but we cannot hold on to people because of our history. The only thing that we can
do is accept it. When we are going through the process of letting go everyday can feel like a struggle but only in those moments
you can truly find yourself. To avoid the insufferable pain, we do everything to distract ourselves. We do everything to not feel
it. We run from it. We look for every sort of escape and avoid it. But the truth is there's isn't a way to escape this turmoil. The
only way out is to feel it. The journey of healing is a long process and it takes time. Nothing becomes better magically. We need
to give ourselves the space and time where we can fall apart without judgement so that when the time comes we can move on
again. Not every ending is bad. Some endings are beautiful and there is still hope for something better. Like they say
“sometimes things work out by not working out”
The journey of finding ourselves and who we are is a long process. it's perplexing and there are so many moments where
one can feel lost but I believe as long as we have faith in ourselves and have the right set of people, we can do it. It is liberating
to be on your own and letting go of the baggage of the past. Sometimes there's power in moving on and choosing better things
for yourself. It takes courage to start again, it can be scary but taking that step forward is important because only then you can
be true and find happiness within yourself.
It is okay to start over and let go of our relationships from your past. Rather than focusing on the past and what we have lost,
we can be grateful for what we have because only the present matters.
Anything that hampers your self worth, your identity or questions your value isn't worth your time. It's time to let go and be
    free.
“Starting over can be scary but it is better to stay in an unhappy place”
