Engaged in the medical field with keeping into the center the integral doctrine of disciplined lifestyle-healthy man- healthy family-healthy village/town- healthy nation , Arogya- Bharti organization began its journey from Kerala. That the medical camp could be a medium of curing the patient after the ailment ; a doctor could indeed treat the patient so also . But as far as possible that there be the no requirement of treatment or medicine and be saved from ailment this too lies in the hands of an individual, and not beyond his approach. And how ? To remind this that Arogya Bharti works for .
As for wellness the Indian kitchen is no less a dispensary; and mother a family doctor, grown trained in the finest medicinal aspects of different spices the meal prepared of. The rest lie in the hands of the man himself, this Ayurvedic science has told long back, now even the modern science has begun to suggest. This the state organization secretory of Arogya Bharti, Mukesh Dixit , said before the gathering of doctors of different disciplines and other audiences in an event organized by Arogya Bharti.
The main speaker of the event was the ‘ Wellness- Specialist’ Rajesh Sharma, an allopath doctor and owner of a nursing home in Bhopal . He started his speech with exposition of the inter-relation of life and breathing cycle. He told, a man normally takes 12-20 breaths every minute, and everybody comes on the earth with the respective fixed amount of breaths. Even as the numbers of breath can’t be increased, it is through a deeper breath at slower pace that the life-span could be extended however. The importance of Pranayama could be understood through this also, which some people today also call as breathing-exercise.
The Sympathetic-Parasympathetic autonomic nervous system is the regulator of those activities of body on which a man holds no control- such as vomiting, irritation , variation of sugar level, many a time mental upheaval in face of internal or external causes and so on . At this point of time autonomic nervous system make you prepared to either fight it out or make you think somehow make flight out of it . And that how this subtle aspect of nervous system could be improved through emulating spirituality with adopting Yoga that Dr Rajesh Sharma explained in simple language of a common man. Yoga helps in maintaining the balance in the body of Neurotransmitter, Serotonin, and Dopamine hormones. These hormones could also be said to be the naturally found anti-depressant medicines in the body. From the Yoga the level of Melatonin hormones also maintained better, which is the carrier of quality sleep . In Hinduism the name of Patanjali is known as such a yogi that formulated Yoga into ‘Ashtanga Yog’. He calls Yoga a best way to bring about ‘control in psychic tendencies’[chithavruti nirodh]; ‘perfection in action’; ‘sense of equality in the life’ and ‘calmness of the mind’. This only is the essence of spirituality also. The key to transforming the feeling of wanting into fulfilment is what to be called spirituality.
What we already know through Yoga-Ayurveda, the western world led by US in particular telling us after the name of Reversal Medicine. This is nothing but 90% Ayurveda only. And much talked about part of a sensing system to be called Vagus Nerve can also be toned better through Yogic exercise. If you have not much time, this could be done by chanting 9 rounds of OUM chanting with deep regime of breathing. With Vagus Nerve, the autonomic nervous system will also function better , adds Dr Rajesh Sharma.
However, the use of which has grown hellbent to break all the barriers the programming of that mobile phone works against spiritualism. We could know not how the fingers scrolling on the variety of reels in reaction unleash the storm of incessant changing response of the mind . Which breeds nothing else but restlessness resulting into harming the personality , and ends up into mental disbalance and hyper tension either. This only is the modern cause of many diseases, says doctor as the end note of his speech.
The same the writer Chetan Bhagat tells so , wherever you see the people , devoid of all sense, are sunk into spending 7-8 hours a day in scrolling reels and videos. Ignorant of harm in offing, they know not that this numbs the brain, diminishes attention spans and stifles creativity.
