New Delhi, Dec 6: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday paid heartfelt tributes to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the chief architect of India’s Constitution, on his death anniversary, honoring his enduring legacy in the fight for equality and social justice.
On Mahaparinirvan Diwas, Modi took to social media to express his reverence, stating, “We bow to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of our Constitution and a beacon of social justice.” He highlighted Ambedkar’s relentless pursuit of human dignity, which continues to inspire generations.
“Dr. Ambedkar’s tireless fight for equality and human dignity continues to inspire generations. Today, as we remember his contributions, we also reiterate our commitment to fulfilling his vision,” the Prime Minister wrote.
Modi also shared a photo from his visit earlier this year to Chaitya Bhoomi, the cremation site of Ambedkar in Mumbai, to further commemorate the monumental figure.
