Jammu Tawi, December 31: The Lieutenant Governor, Shri Manoj Sinha, has greeted the people on the eve of New Year 2024.
In a message the Lt Governor has said, “As the New Year dawns, let us renew our resolve to maintain the momentum towards higher economic growth, inclusive development, well-being of all and overall progress of J&K.
In a separate message, the Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on New Year's Eve.
In his message, Advisor Bhatnagar said, “As we usher in the New Year, let us look forward with optimism, drawing strength from our shared experiences”. He added that together, we can build a future marked by prosperity, compassion and unity.
The Advisor further observed that the New Year is a time for each one of us to reflect upon the year gone by, the successes and achievements as well as the lapses and shortcomings.
The Advisor also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of the entire Jammu and Kashmir.
