Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement took out a massive protest rally to send a message to the Governor Satya Pal Malik to immediately recommend the president of India to dissolve the present defunct assembly, extend president rule in the state for one year, implement delimitation commission, equalize Jammu region seats to Kashmir region, grant the district status, bifurcate the west assembly constituency in to two assembly constituencies as this is the largest constituency of the state. The protesters were also demanding the resignation of the 25 BJP MLAs of the defunct, dissolve the corrupt MLAs assembly which has not been dissolve by the centre for its ulterior motives. Addressing the protesters, Sunil Dimple demanded the Governor Satya Pal Malik to immediately recommend the president of India to dissolve the present defunct assembly, extend president rule in the state for one year, bring an ordinance to end 70 years old discrimination with the Jammu region, implement delimitation commission, equalize Jammu region seats to Kashmir region, grant the district status, bifurcate the west assembly constituency in to two assembly constituencies as this is the largest constituency of the state. Dimple demanded the governor Satypal Malik to bring an ordinance for implementation of the delimitation Commission. Dimple said nationalist public of Jammu region is complaining that Governor is not listening the grievances of the public and they are very disappointed with Governor and are also annoyed with Raj Bhawan. Sunil Dimple demanded the Governor to immediately dissolve the state assembly without wasting any more time as the both ruling parties BJP, PDP found involved in knee deep corruption charges up to heads and nose.
