Jammu, Jul 13: The Ministry of Home Affairs enacted changes to the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, granting expanded authority to the territory’s Lieutenant Governor. According to a notification from the MHA, new rules have been incorporated under Section 55 of the 2019 Act.
