International Icon Lights up Ambani Couple’s Luxury Cruise Pre-Wedding Celebrations
Pop royalty Katy Perry is said to have entertained guests at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s luxury cruise festivities with her chart-topping hits. A video clip doing the rounds shows the singer dazzling the crowd aboard the ship with her smash song “Firework”.
According to fan pages on social media platforms, Perry joined the celebrations while they were underway in Cannes, France. She took to the stage in a striking silver gown with elaborate detailing. Backing her up was a ensemble of musicians and singers also dressed to impress.
Reports indicate Perry was paid a hefty sum in the millions for the once-in-a-lifetime performance. The cruise experience is set to wrap up on June 1st after multiple stops across Europe.
It’s speculated other famous names in the music industry like David Guetta and Black Coffee may have performed at separate events during the second round of pre-wedding celebrations for Anant and Radhika.
In March, the duo kicked off their festivities in Jamnagar with pop royalty Rihanna and Akon in attendance. For Anant’s cousin Isha’s wedding in 2018, Beyoncé flew down specially.
The Ambani family has form when it comes bringing global icons together to add glamour to their lavish gatherings. From actors and artists to sports personalities, they’ve hosted the who’s who from entertainment.
Anant and Radhika’s big fat Indian wedding is scheduled for July 12th at a sprawling venue in Mumbai. Only time will tell which other celebrities might grace the celebrations.
