Srinagar, Aug 31: In the interest of administration, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the Court of Munsiff / Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Bandipora to Munsiff Gurez, with directions to hold the court at Bandipora three days a week.
As per the order issued by the Registrar General (Officiating) M.K. Sharma, the mode and manner of holding the court at both places will be formulated by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora.
The order, dated August 29, 2025, has also been forwarded to the concerned judicial officers and departments for compliance and necessary action.
