Srinagar, Feb 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Board of Directors for the J&K Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes & Backward Classes Development Corporation through a new government order.
According to a government order, the reconstituted board will be chaired by the Minister for Social Welfare Department and will include administrative secretaries from the Finance, Social Welfare, Planning Development & Monitoring, Tribal Affairs, and Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Departments as directors.
Representatives from various central ministries and national finance and development corporations will serve as nominee directors.
The Managing Director of the Corporation will act as a Director and Member Secretary. This order supersedes all previous orders on the subject.
