Chandigarh, March 7: The women staff including doctors, nurses and other para-medical staff celebrated International Women’s Day at Paras Health, Panchkula on Monday.
Dr. Pankaj Mittal, Facility Director and Gladwin Sandeep Nayyar HR head of Paras Health were also present during the occasion.
Dr. Mittal said that this year’s International Women’s Day theme ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’ aimed at tackling economic disempowerment, while the campaign theme for the same year is ‘Inspire Inclusion ‘.
Through this campaign, the importance of diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society is emphasized. The campaign theme also underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality, Dr Pankaj maintained.
