Jammu, Jan 21: Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat, along with senior officers, visited Samba-Kathua belt on Tuesday to review border security.
An official said that the DGP assessed the infiltration challenges and visited Special Operations Group (SOG) camps near the International Border.
The official said that DGP Prabhat also laid a wreath at the memorial of Assistant Commandant Vinay, who was martyred in a previous operation.
The DGP emphasized the need for synergy, vigilance, and a robust security grid.
